Oxalis flava

Stemless geophyte. Leaves leathery, milky-grey with brown stipules. Each leaf has 2 to 12 linear to obovate leaflets. The flowers (April to June) are yellow, white or lilac.

Distribution in the Hex

Sandy flats of Hex River Arid Alluvium Fynbos and shale flats of De Doorns Renosterveld Karoo.
