Othonna parviflora

Shrub of up to 2 meters tall. Leaves are leathery, lance-shaped and toothed, bearing some resemblance to cabbage. Bears clusters of numerous small radiate yellow flowers.

Distribution in the Hex

The species grows in sandy kloofs and foothills of the Hex River Mountains to the north west of the valley in the De Doorns Sandstone Fynbos vegetation zone.
