Nerine humilis

Bulbous perennial. Showy striated pink flowers (1-4) on a long peduncle appear in March and April. Leaves only appear after flowers have dried. Nerine species are closely related to Brunsvigia.

Distribution in the Hex

Lower southern slopes of the Hex River Mountains in semi-shaded sandy soil.
