Sprawling shrublet with prostrate or erect branches. Leaves are trifoliolate with ovate to lanceolate hairy leaflets. Narrow stipules at petiole bases. Bears salmon-pink flowers from winter to summer on stalked cone-shaped racemes with opened flowers at the base and buds at the tip. The standard and lateral petals are dominant with the keel hidden. Calyx and back of standard are hairy.

Distribution in the Hex

De Doorns Renosterveld Karoo vegetation, especially in upper valley.
