Hairless or grey-velvety shrub to 1.5 m tall. Leaves wedge-shaped and 3-5-toothed. Flower heads discoid (no ray florets), in terminal corymbs, yellow. Flowers mainly October to November.

Distribution in the Hex

Common in Hex River Arid Alluvium Fynbos and De Doorns Renosterveld Karoo, often in disturbed sites.
